Each session is held as a sacred, grounded space where you are invited to meet yourself through the breath.
We begin with gentle conversation to understand what is present in your body, your emotions, and your intention for the journey. From here, we move into a guided breath practice that supports you to soften, release, and open to deeper inner awareness.
I work intuitively with your energy, incorporating touch (if in person), grounding techniques, and shamanic guidance when needed.
The breath leads the way showing us what is ready to surface and what is ready to let go. You are held, witnessed, and supported throughout the entire process.

Comfortable clothing, eye masks, a journal, and an open heart. Sessions run for around 90-120 minutes, with plenty of time to land, breathe, and gently integrate.
We begin by settling in and exploring what’s present for you
You’ll then be guided into the breathing practice, supported the whole way
Music is played to support your process
You can lie down, get comfortable, and follow your own rhythm
We end with time to come back slowly and integrate
This is trauma-informed work, and I will always support you in staying within a space where you feel safe, grounded, and held. With compassionate listening and grounded guidance, I meet you exactly where you are. There is no need to force anything or move beyond what feels safe for you.
